This blog is hosted by WordPress.com, therefore scripts and plugins are of no avail here. So this will be done manually.
For the day of Wednesday, 18th January 2012 this site will be inaccessible. I will render it private, readable only by a select few, i.e. myself.
Why? Because that’s what this idiotic proposed censorship law would do: prevent people communicating in public. All behind closed doors, conspiracy-style. Now there‘s a smart way to ensure the truth is all that gets passed around and that everyone’s indulging only in honest activity. Twats.
UPDATE: WordPress.com have kindly provided an option allowing sites to participate in the protest if wished. Go WordPress.com!
OMG! LINKS! A lot of sites, both private and public, are participating. This is what Zemanta found for me at midday CEST, two hours before Blackout (13:00 UTC).
